​An authentic jungle hike to the most lush and stunning waterfalls Oahu has, that integrates mindful exploration of floral, fauna, fruits and medicinal plants; including yoga and mindfulness practices, and meditation (if desired), in order to facilitate mindful connection in nature. Retreat for the day into the wild, finding mindfulness while exploring off beaten paths in Hawaii’s land and culture.

Our jungle hike is a perfect, soul-enriching experience for those new to yoga but a very unique experience for all levels, ​even for those without any interest in yoga

An excursion better than any packed tourist hot spot. Sit by the waterfalls which are much less touristy than the bus loads at Manoa or Waimea; go instead where adventurous locals choose to play, relax, and find peace. Take a serene, invigorating retreat into the hidden jungles, valleys, waterfalls, and sacred ruins. Connect with the real Hawaii, the raw earth and escape the the crowds and commercialism.

Hidden Waterfall Mindful Hike
Our hidden waterfall mindful hike includes an optional morning beach yoga session beforehand, best for those who are high energy. (Add an hour for transport or you can do the beach yoga another day.) After yoga, you begin your 2-3 mile hike, exploring the wonders and stopping at the hidden jungle waterfalls for short, silent or guided meditation. Our experienced instructors guide the class to a mindful state in accordance with the group’s energy.
Note: The hike usually follows 9 am full beach yoga class on Mon, Tues, Sun, but we can accommodate different dates.  
$98 per person; lasts approximately 4.5 hours.​

Private Customized Tour Price
Private customized tours are a great option for $325  (includes up to 3 people, then group rate for each additional person. This is great for families (esp with small children/elderly) as you can customize your group’s experience with many different activities such as hiking, swimming, exploring rustic landscapes, or seeing ancient ruins.  Depending on the size of your group you may want to look at our corporate retreat or wellness tours. Private customized tours also offer more specialized posture work for yoga if this is the focus of your journey.
