Join Black Swan Yoga in Sammons Park for an all-levels yoga class meant to kick your booty and make you sweat. Black Swan Yoga delivers an invigorating, uplifting class that will definitely include all the personal growth and good vibes!

SOUND BATH MEDITATION — May 14 – June 4
Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month? This month, we want to challenge you to do something positive and productive for your mental health. Join us for an after-work reset sound bath meditation with Ellen Hoffman from The Movement Loft. During the sound bath you will lie back and reset your mind to the healing frequencies of crystal sound bowls, chimes and more. Our focus will be on mental clarity, stress relief and refocusing to boost your mood and maximize productivity for the rest of the day.
This 45-minute meditative session takes place outdoors in Sammons Park. We recommend bringing a yoga mat, and for extra comfort, consider bringing a blanket and a pillow. Wear comfortable clothing and dress according to the weather.
Note: The Tuesday, May 7, 2024 class will be held in Hamon Hall in the Winspear Opera House.
