Workout Description

Come on down to Magnetic South for a fun hour of yoga flow with Patty from Ideal Mind and Body. The class is designed to be beginner friendly while also challenging for our more experienced yogis. The cost is $10 and includes the 60 minute class and a pint of beer. Order some lunch from our amazing menu and get your Sunday started in the best way possible!

Please arrive a little early to set up your space. There will be a limited amount of mats, blocks, and straps if you do not have your own.
