This STUNNING state park has been called the Grand Canyon of Hawaii. If you have a 4×4 vehicle, you’ll be able to access some more difficult-to-reach hikes, but the roads are paved to get to most places. Look for waterfalls, wildlife, and absolutely breathtaking views.

Take a light jacket, as it can get nippy if the clouds don’t burn off.
